    Went in for shifting issues and was told I should buy a transmission flush. Ok well that’s 500 bucks. Now this vehicle has always been serviced at Garber and they said fluids check normal according to carfax. Well now I’m told fluid was black and had normal amount of metal?? Well I purchased the vehicle with 83k why wasn’t this done when they received the vehicle before they sold it??? Now if the fluid was good at 83k and now at 90k it’s black with normal amount of metal don’t you think maybe something else is going on. It seems like y’all just trying to find reasons to sell services to people.

    I NEVER thought in all the years and 3 cars later I would give your shop a 1 star rating. I was sold aftermarket LED bulbs for my truck FROM YOUR SERVICE DEPT. Told they would work. Over time the fans to cool them became so loud and noisy that I thought my engine in the truck was dying. I get my truck there leave it overnight and they hear the sound. Well if these were approved aftermarket parts and I was told they would be fine and then the Service manager Nate said he knew some of them did this WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE MY OLD BULBS PUT BACK! It wasn't my fault they did that. Your parts department or event Nate should have said something and NO ONE DID. I had to use all my GM points over 215 bucks and it still cost me about 21-27 somewhere in there. I feel that Garber should have picked up the tab on this one. I'm not one to ever bad mouth a place esp one like yours that has always done me RIGHT since '19. I just feel cheated and honestly feel like taking my business to Graff which is only about 2-3 miles away. But instead I come to Linwood because your staff are nice and polite and I feel like a valued customer but this one pushed me over the edge and it's the only time I've ever been mad. But I am again I FEEL RIPPED OFF and taken for a chump. Well I'm not the one selling parts that are supposed to work and over time NOT make my truck sound like it was dying... EVERY DAY it got worse and worse... So don't be surprised if I just move my business to Graff. I am very understanding an patient as everyone in service will tell you but this one rubbed me the wrong way...

    Garber Linwood staff from the GM, new car sales manager, sales consultant, service manager, finance manager, service advisor, and the skilled technician have been wonderful. And we cannot forget Benny, the miracle worker in the detail garage. His expertise and care to ensure a flawless paint finish is amazing. All of them have been empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They operate a business as a family. Super accommodating too! Highly recommend them for professionalism, knowledge and expertise. They truly put the customer first!
