For the second year in a row, Garber Chevrolet Linwood has earned the Mark of Excellence from GM. Only the top Chevrolet dealerships across the country receive this award. Each dealer must meet or exceed sale objectives and rate highly in the customer service index, retail sales index, essential brand elements, and dealer maintenance notification. GM measures these statistics independently and selects winners for each calendar year.
For the 2017 sales year, Garber Linwood ranked seventh out of 142 dealerships across the state, putting us in the top 5 percent for sales. But for our team, it’s not about the numbers but maintaining a spirit of community that keeps our customers coming back. Customer satisfaction is our dealership’s focus. We take care of our community, and they take care of us.
According to general manager, Trey Tollstam, selling cars is a team sport, and we earned this award as a team. We excel more together because together we make a bigger contribution to the community and uphold the Garber name and reputation. When our community trusts us, they come back to us.
The people make our reputation. Each individual makes a difference in the community, and the whole team helps. And in the past year, we have done so much; from the 88 families who received a Thanksgiving dinner and the organization that went into that event to the 125 families who received gifts for the holidays. We collaborate with other businesses to make sure the little league team has what they need, the students in the area have helmets for their bicycles, and just opening doors for each other when we’re out and about. Everyone embodies the Garber spirit.
