I went in for oil change and tire rotation and tail gate latch sticking all was taken care of and I was give an acceptable quote on some scratch repairs when I came back to get the scratches repaired it was done very well and I am pleased with Garbers of Linwood especially the service manager Rene Thelen She was wonderful to work with. As always the service personnel are fantastic people to work with Adam is a very good representative of Garbers of Linwood, Michigan

Best truck purchase ever! Our salesman Mike W. was just fantastic and everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was extremely friendly. I can't BEGAN to thank them for the caring staff and the outstanding service we received with our repair and recall. Ryan, you are a gem! Thanks for listening to a angry women vent because of crappy service from Graff in Bay City. I picked up my UN-REPAIRED vehicle from them (Graff) and drove to Linwood.(where we purchase it in the first place...and should of taken it there.... another story...another time! LOL). Back to Ryan, and the service dept.....I will be honest...I was in no mood to deal with ANOTHER service rep with an attitude when I pulled in. And I pretty much told him . He opened my car door and greeted me, again, I warned him ...his first comment..."you must of come from Graff" I actually laughed!After some calming down, thanks to Ryan, I began to understand why their service dept is so amazing! He promised to take a look and let us know what was needed and YES, the recall would be taken care of first. If that didn't solve our issue then on to step two...unlike Graff who refused to do the recall and jump right to a $1,200 repair bill. I left our Traverse and drove home with a loaner from them, returned to have them tell me the recall was fixed, but we needed additional work, to the tune of half of what Graff wanted to charge us, again, handed keys to a 2018 Equinox and because we were heading out of town for a scheduled vacation, Ryan said, " no problem, have a great trip, we will see you when you get back, drive the Equinox"!Our car was ready when we returned, all the mats and seats were back in their rightful places...unlike Graff...and I left feeling like I have some awesome new friends at Garber/Linwood!!!!We will never go elsewhere! Thanks for being so awesome guys!!!!!!!

This was my first time experience. I experienced an issue with my Alarm System. I called and was told to bring it in right away. (the neighbors insisted) I was impressed with everyone from the Service Desk, to the Mechanic. They had to deal with the electrical system to locate the problem. They took time to keep me informed of what they were doing at every turn. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The Garber Team really does put the customer first.
